K so I wanted a picture of my shiny Raichu Thunder (ya i know most of my pokemon are named after moves) but i couldn't find one
so i found a picture of normal Raichu took the sprite used magic wand tool and DADADA! Shiny

I take requests if anyone wants me to do a shiny of any pokemon
